What are the benefits of a massage?

There are so many health and physical benefits of massage. A massage can release muscle tension, improve circulation, increase joint flexibility and mobility, improve your skin tone, reduce stress hormones, reduce headaches, relieve stress, decreases blood pressure and so much more.

Where will my massage take place?

You can come to one of our two locations in Chandler or Gilbert, AZ. We also offer OutCall massage where our therapist can come to you for a flat rate. Your massage session will be in a relaxing, comfortable, quiet room. Soft music will be playing to help you relax and unwind. You will lay on a padded table that provides maximum comfort.

How long is a massage?

The typical full-body massage session lasts about an hour. However, we recommend a 90 minute massage to cover all the details and not feel rushed. A half-hour only provides enough time for a partial massage, such as shoulders, neck, or legs and feet. Most people favor an hour session over the focus work of a half hour session for optimal relaxation. Always leave relaxation time before and after your session.

How will I feel after my massage?

Most people feel incredibly relaxed. Long-term aches and pains are diminished that came from tension, stress, or repetitive activity. After an initial stage of feeling comfortable, you may feel a boost in your energy.
Some people may feel a bit achy, this is a sign that the body needs more water. Stretching also helps this feeling pass faster as well.

Should I do anything specific during my massage?

Make sure you are comfortable. The therapist will either gently move you or tell you what is needed during your session. You can close your eyes and fully relax or you can talk during your session. Please feel free to ask the therapist any questions about therapeutic massage and bodywork.

What is your cancellation policy?

You have 24 hours to cancel without penalty. We ask for as much notice as possible, so that we may accommodate rescheduling and avoid any fees is possible. Appointments canceled within an hour of scheduled time will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.

What is your COVID-19 policy?

All therapists will be wearing fabric face masks during every massage to protect clients from potential exposure. All clients are asked to wear a mask while face-up, which will be provided for you if needed, in order to protect all therapists. This ensures minimum exposure for everyone inside the building per CDC guidelines. Each room will also be sanitized thoroughly between each appointment.
